Return Policy

How to Return:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Please allow up to 48 Hours to receive your Store Credit via email.
Damages or Defects:
We must be notified within 48 Hours of any damaged or defective items. Please email a.palmsswimwear@gmail.com, include pictures of the damaged item and packaging. 


IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH STORE CREDIT , MINUS OUR SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke &/or perfume smell will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.

While we do not issue refunds, we will happily accept items that are eligible for return as store credit or exchange.

Orders placed on www.palmsswimwear.com are eligible for return for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items received after 14 days will be rejected. Customers are responsible for an return shipping fees.
